New and Returning families listed below are all of the PAC documents necessary to become a part of our team (forms must be filled out every year or approved online).  If you are a new/ prospective swimmer please review the PAC registration materials, PAC handbook, registration instructions, the cost, and the training schedules before trying out for our team.  If you choose to become a member of PAC please go online to register or download the 2012-13 PAC paper registration packet  and return the application, your deposit check, the financial responsibility form, medical release, volunteer commitment, PAC code of conduct, and USA registration or transfer form (if you are coming from another team) via mail.
