Providing Feedback 

Your input is important! Here are some ways to share your ideas and experiences.

General Comments or Feedback: Please drop a note in the PAC Suggestion Box. You can do this anonymously or add contact information if you would like a response from team leadership. All suggestions are welcome, big and small.

Safety Concerns: Please fill out a  PAC Incident Report. This form is designed to collect information about any event that impacts the safety or well-being of swimmers or their families. This includes events inside and outside facilities, with team members and broader community alike. Issues dealing with peer-to-peer bullying, coach-athlete bullying, parent issues, and violations of the PAC Code of Conduct may be reported here.

Other Reporting: Some concerns require external reporting.

• For issues dealing with sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and/or sexually explicit or inappropriate communication through social media, please contact U.S. Center for SafeSport at 833-5US-SAFE (587-7233) or report online.
• For issues dealing with physical abuse, emotional abuse, criminal charges and the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, please contact USA Swimming Safe Sport at [email protected] or report online.
• For issues dealing with known or suspected child abuse, contact State Authorities at 855-503-SAFE (Oregon) or 866-363-4276 (Washington).

Please see the PAC SafeSport pages for more information about team policies, procedures, and codes of conduct. The PAC Grievance Policy provides detailed instructions explaining how to report violations and the steps PAC will take in response.

Asking Questions

We have a few team email addresses that you may want to know.

• Billing: For questions about your monthly invoice, please send an email to [email protected].
• Coaching: Current members with questions about practice, training groups, or competition may email the head coach at the appropriate site pool. Our Coaching Staff page provides their email addresses. 
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Send an email to [email protected].
• Merchandise: Send an email to [email protected] for help with the team store on Swim Outlet, shirts, caps, warmups, or special orders.
• Team Governance: Email the [email protected].
• Website Issues: Email the [email protected].

For everything else, please ask your pool parent! These are friendly volunteers who are available to help with "dry side" questions. They also organize occasional social events, maintain the PAC bulletin boards at site pools, share important information by email, and welcome new members.
