Swim Bridge Program

Transition from Lap Swimming to Masters Swimming

Many adult swimmers reach a point where they are comfortable swimming laps on their own, but have not had a clear pathway to continue building the skills needed for a masters swim team. Swim Bridge was created to meet that community need by providing a supportive, structured next step for adults who want to improve their swimming without feeling like they need to “jump in” at the team level right away.

This 4-week program focuses on the fundamentals that help swimmers move with greater confidence and efficiency in the water, including breath control, body line, push-offs, streamlines, wall management, and stroke basics. It is designed to help participants bridge the gap between independent lap swimming and a team environment, while building the skills, awareness, and comfort needed for continued progress.

The full 4-week session is $60, or participants may drop in for $18 per class each Wednesday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at Dishman Aquatic Center, starting on May 6th through May 27th.
