Welcome to the Portland Aquatic Club Electronic Registration platform for the 2016-17 swim season.  We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

To complete registration you will be required review and update your account information, select training group (descriptions provided), agree to PAC commitments and member agreements, and pay all annual registration fees ($216) via credit card.  Outstanding balances from 2015-16 season will be added at checkout. Please note that registration must be completed for all swimmers prior to attending the first practice September 7th 2016.

Annual PAC Dues are billed October 1st through May 1st (If an Ellertson Family Scholarship reciepient or registering after Oct 1st billing dates may be different) . 

Applications for dues assistance from to the PAC Ellertson Family Scholarship Fund are accepted year round and are available under the "About" tab at swimpac.org.  We are looking forward to another great year of swimming with you!


SPECIAL NOTICE:

Please Note that Due to the high cost of credit card processing fees PAC now recommends ACH as a “no cost to you” preferred option for monthly dues.

ACH is not an option for online registration. Credit cards are preferred and the processing fee will be billed to the transaction.  If the fee is an undo burden please select "pay by check" option in the registration moduel and promptly place a check in the mail (PAC, 1824 N Alberta St. Portland, OR 97217).  Checks must be received by Saturday September 17th or registration will be declined and swimmer will not be eligible to practice. 

To sign up for ACH for all future monthly billings at "no cost to you" please do the following after registration has been processed: My Account > Set Up Auto Pay > Payment Set Up > add bank account. Note: ACH is processed the first of every month.

Credit Card payment with fee of 2.95% and $0.30 per transaction will be maintained as a convenience option for those who prefer for monthly payments and for on demand payments
